Nine Yards Armadale

First time to Nine Yards and we had a great time all round. Acoustics inside could have been challenging for our group but luckily the weather permitted for us to sit in the gorgeous private courtyard (with heating and blankies). Great menu, something for everyone. The things we chose were very tasty and good portion sizes - coffee was very good too. Service was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely go back. Winner!!

We celebrated baby shower at this venue and it was a fantastic event. Big thanks to the kind owners and their friendly staffs for letting us celebrate such a joyous event. Their food, drinks and service exceeded our expectations. Will definitely recommend this cafe to people looking for cozy and warm ambience!

We had a lovely brunch at Nine Yards. It was tricky deciding what to get because there were so many options on the menu which all sounded delicious. The Turkish eggs had so much flavour and the bread was perfect. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes! It was easy to book a table online, the atmosphere was great, and kind staff.

Had a great experience at Nine Yards in Armadale. The food was super tasty – fresh, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. The matcha was especially smooth and delicious, and that hot cross bun-style cookie was a fun touch. Service was friendly and attentive throughout. The venue itself is cozy and calm, with a stunning leafy wall and modern interiors – perfect spot for a relaxed brunch. Will definitely be back!

Food is amazing and they always have something new! Coffee and matcha were so good:) Service was excellent and staffs are friendly! They bakes cakes and cookies which are also great! Good vibes! I definitely would be back!!!

Nine Yards Armadale is such a special spot on High Street. The incredible food coupled with the warm, cosy vibes and the attentive service truly made the experience. Some highlights were the warm, spicy chai (some of the best I've had), the rich Mork hot chocolate and the TURKISH EGGS (to die for). Flavours in the dishes are clearly well curated, and house-made sweet treats are an impressive addition. Overall one of our favourite brunches thus far. We will certainly be back soon :)

Visited Nine Yards a few weeks back and the first thing I thought - this place is so pretty!! It’s got such cozy vibes and the atmosphere is just lovely. Was after some sweet treats and they did not disappoint! The cheesecake, carrot cake, brownie and red velvet were so yummy (we were hungry that day!) I can’t wait to come back to try the food - everything on the menu looked so good and prices were also reasonable. 10/10!

Charming little space in a charming little neighbourhood. Had a chill Easter brunch with my partner there and the food and coffee was good. Had Turkish eggs, which is something I would order again and again. The carrot cake and coffee was so comforting. Would definitely visit again when I drop by the neighbourhood.
